Xeloda hand foot syndrome. Except one blister/ulcer on the top corner of one toe, which was treated and resolved easily. Hand and foot syndrome is almost always present while taking xeloda. That is when your hands and feet get beet red and dry.

So far, i haven�t had any hand/foot syndrome. (oxaliplatin drip on day 1, but that�s another story). If grade 2 (or higher) event occurs, administration of xeloda should be immediately interrupted (see immune and skin below).

Mine was quite bad till the onc reduces the dosage down. It also spread to my forehead, nose, and left cheek. Xeloda gives almost everyone hand and foot syndrome (hfs), and each of us way to counter this is different.
Taking 3 [500mg] tablets in morning and 3 in evening. My hand foot syndrome is finally clearing up after a few weeks. Mine got really bad during the 2nd cycle, too.
